Plant Biology Europe FESPB/EPSO Congress 22nd-26th June 2014

EPSO and FESPB are hosting the Plant Biology Europe congress in June 2014 and have invited Professor Gail Taylor of University of Southampton as a plenary speaker. Gail will be presenting on Plant Biology for Bioenergy on the day three of the five day conference. There are sessions covering a wide range of plant biology including Abiotic Stress responses, Below ground processes, Big data in plant science, Emerging technologies, Epigenetics, Phenomics,  Food security, Plant development, Symbiotic interactions and many more.

The congress will take place in the Convention Centre Dublin, Ireland and will include scientific talks, tours and social events. Registration is now open with early bird registration ending 1st March and the deadline for poster presentation abstracts is 21st March 2014. The conference dinner is held at the Gibson hotel and the tours include the National Botanic Gardens, the University College Dublin Research Facility. The conference also includes optional excursions; a coastal scenic tour with Malahide Castle and Gardens, Dublin Coach guided tour with Guinness Storehouse and the Dublin hop on-hop off tour of the city.
